last night i asked about audiobahn products and their reputation. i understand your views. Question? i am running 4 ga. power to all. rockford fosgate 551x two channels at 70 rms to abc600t adiubahn components and two channels to 2 phoneix gold tantrum 3way 6 1/2s and a pyle pla2280? to a apb12t audiobahn bandpass box w/ 2 audiobahn 12's. rockford fosgate 9220g head unit w/ 5v outputs to all channels/amps , i will install two audiobahn 4x6's in the dash this wekend. it all sounds great to me and friends. are my ears really bad or do i not understand sound and sound quality well enough yet? just curious

after hearing different stuff you will start to notice a difference from 1 thing to another. but given a optimum install even just decent equipment can be made to sound great.

you can only relate to the things you have heard when I first got my cdt classics I loved them than I got use to them and started to realise all the inperfections in them lol and there is a LOT to my ears. instal is 90% and product is 10% of a instal but you can still only make shit smell so good.

Well, 4x6's are the greatest thing since sliced bread, neither is Audiobahn, but if it within your budget, sure, use it. Just remember next time you are shopping for equipment to browse around, do searches on different brands and look for different options. Places like this are here for people to learn from others, just have to have an open mind, otherwise they won't help much //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. I am sure you will soon learn that pre-made bandpass sounds like your *** after a burritto, but can't downright kick you in the e-nuts for buying it, becuase you didn't know.

Glad to see you asked for our honest opinions though, keep those ears open, and try not to get insulted by the common "your equipment is shit" winners that pop up here and there.

Car Audio (and audio in general) is all about buying, listening, developing a taste and upgrading. I don't think there will ever be a day when I say "I am done". That would be foolish.
