pay in pennies theyre required by law to accept them as well as count them,just go to your bank and request how ever much the ticket is in pennies, itl take a few days but youll get them, then just mail it in or pay in person

That list was BS, it consisted of some of the most dangerous places on earth and Detroit was included? I find it hard to believe Detroit is even remotely as dangerous as Baghdad or Juarez, Mexico. Then again, New Orleans was also on that list >_>

A local radio station talked about that list and the "Murders per 100,000 people" were nothing compared to some of those other cities. But think what you will...I have to ask though, have you ever been to Detroit?
