No, I did nothing of the sort. The last two weeks I have been parking my car in two areas, one that is free parking all day except for 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM, which is where I park during the day, and the other is free at night 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. There was this one incidence where I came out to move my car in the morning and the parking ticket person was a few cars behind mine, ticketing that person. They didn't get to my car yet.

I don't think that was on the 12th, but I still wouldn't be surprised if the lazy nigger who was writing the ticket said, "Fuck it, I've got his plate number and it's not my problem if he doesn't know that I wrote him a ticket and he gets fined extra for it," then put on his coolface and wrote it and threw the copy you're supposed to put on the car in the garbage. One car closer to his quota I guess.
