so for an IB setup would an RL-i 8 kill a ID8v3 in output?

I know the ID8v3 has very respectable output in comparison with most 8s on the market but how would it compare output wise to an Rl-i 8. The Rl-i has the clear displacement advantage, but i'm not sure if the money and the weight (my rear deck would never hold it without reinforcement) would be worth the added output. Amp would be putting out 250RMS to each speaker. I am leaning towards ID8 due to price and it won't cause my rear deck to cave in . What do you think? I have bought subs from both companies before so i know how good Mike is with service

The Rl-i8 only has a smidge of a displacement advantage.....less than .5db

With only 250w to each, I'd go for the IDv3's

FYI - in any car, I doubt the RL-i8 would destroy the rear deck. They're not very heavy.
