SO bad Cops pull over when I ride by

I need help. Well Actually I need a solution. My Lights Dim horribly. So much so thta I just do not listen to my radio at night. What I have: 2006 Charger running about 2500 watts RMS, Two 2 Farad capacitors (one on each sub amp).

What I've tried: I had an Optima yellow top but I took it out because it perfomed worse than the factory battery. I've been told a lot of different things and I'm tired of wasting money. Does any have any suggestions? Or Similar vehicle ?

easy suggestion, a big three under the hood, maybe even dual strands of it, i would ditch the caps and add the yellow top

DITCH the caps

might need to upgrade alt.

check back after 1 and 2.

and i doubt the yellowtop performed WORSE than stock.

Upgrade your alt 2500 watts from two amps is not good on your stock electrical.

big 3 200 amp alt and a kinetik 2400 in back would cure probably all of the dimming

definately put the yellatop back and put a second battery in the back in addition to the big 3.

a new alt definately wouldnt hurt, either.

I will try the BIG 3 This weekend. {I think the altenator is ok its 160 amps} Question though should I run the upgraded wires to the fuse boxes?- because the altenator is under the hood of course but the battery is in the trunk

lol if it was 730 amps it would be welllll over 200 at idle lol would not dimm and take about 50 hp of your engine to do so at least. biggest alt i have seen is 600 amp

LOL I meant 160 I fixed it. But Yeah In the new Chrysler cars The Batteries are in the trunk

lol ok 160 in a factory car i doubt maybe 130 but from the sounds of it its probably closer to 80

upgrade the wires under hood. maby look in to a new alt. or getting it rewound. and you dont have to ditch the caps.
