you cant drive and talk on a cell in NY at allin ILL you cant drive and talk on the cell if your under 18, i honestly dont think kids should have there lisence till they are 17, i say 16 they get permit at least 200 hours, supervised
I disagree with people that think that age has everthing to do with everything, I believe that it should be how mature the kid is, but since the government can't know for a fact how mature everyone is, they just put ages on everything. I think the law is that it's legal to talk on the phone in those states, youre just required to have a cordless/headset? Something to that extent, but I may be wrong...
