Anybody Live in Salt Lake City or Go Skiing There?

Just as the question asks is anybody familiar with the area? I'm going there for a skiing trip the week after Christmas and wanted to know the best places to ski. I've been there before but that was like 5 years ago when I was in High School. So far I've decided to go to Solitude and Alta for the 1st two days because I remember them being really good places; whereas the Canyons in Park City kinda sucked. If you guys have any other suggestions on where to go please let me know.

ive never been there, but lots of other places.. my friend dean is a pro snowboarder and i know he's been all over, so i will ask him later today
