hi. well after i hook my mp3 player to my pioneer head unit via the proper cables and though the pioneer aux. adapter. i want to make sure i get the correct volume. i heard of players that play very quiet. i also read that this "SLA" solves or helps the problem. im just curious what it actually does and how should i set it? anyone using this feature with an mp3 player hooked up, who could help out would be great!! or anyone for that matter

thanks

Source level adjustments allows you to adjust the level of each source in relation to the AM/FM tuner.

You can, for example, increase the level of the CD player so that at volume 30 (for example) it will be louder than the tuner at volume 30. Same for the auxillary inputs.
