Skar dual 2's reading 2.3 New?

I have a set of Skar ZVX12's that are dual two ohms they are supposedly new. When I put them on a dmm they read 2.3 does this mean they are good/new? Thanks for any help.

did you test the resistance in the DMM that your using?

Touch the leads of the dmm together immediately after testing the coils. Subtract the number it reads from the reading of the subs.

id think 2.3 would be ok either way right, I've had a few subs and i don't think the coils ever read perfect.
