Not sure which way to hook up my sub, it is a 3 ohm sub and this is what they give you in the manual.the diagram on top, does that mean you need to hook up to all 4 terminals?

No, its a mono block amp. There are just 4 terminals to make it easier to wire for some people. Just use one positive and one negative.
