Sitting in the hospital....

The only set back with the C-section is she will be bed riden for 6 or so weeks. I will be you daddy stepping up during that time. Both my children were born C-section. I remember getting that gull to ask what was what as I was looking over the curtain. I remember seeing this "sac" like thing comming out of the incission (sp) laying on stomach and asking "what is that laying on her stomach?" The docter replied "That is your wife cervix." At that point my wife got a lil freeked but I was able to calm her down. I was facinated with the whole experience. Congradulations!

9:22 PM - An opening? Something might be happening. She's been in labor now since 11:30 to 12 LAST NIGHT! This is insane. That is more pain than anybody should have to handle.

Man, I had no clue pushing went on that long. Hate to hear about the trouble, I am a c-section baby myself.

Hope all goes well, and I am ready to see a pic of this lil feller!
It normally doesnt from what i understand, mom was in labor and pushing with my little bro for under 2 hours.

Best wishes man, if only eve hadn't ate that fruit it would be so much easier...
I bet she was wanting that epidural now? lol
She wouldn't be anywhere near delivery than. Can't really push at all with an epidural. Looks like it might be natural though now and maybe soon. They just used some local anesthesia and she got the head to move for the first time in a long while. They're saying she might make it. They got a hair or something.

Normally doesn't. I guess it's a big baby. Really big for her. Like I mentioned earlier, she was 5'2", 115 lbs, and they are predicting a close or above 9 lbs baby. She was tiny. This guys literally ripping a new one.

Well there he is. All 8 lbs, 11 oz of him. 21 inches long. Made my wife suffer for the last 10 months (not really, but definitely for the last 24 hrs). Face looks just like the wife. Thanks to all of you who kept me company and offered congrats. Really was kind of comforting posting this stuff though out this process. I might finally get to sleep for 5 minutes some time soon. I know I'm going to up a lot in the future, but I doubt I'll have many more 41 hr wake stretches.

And life begins......

Gotta get those darn tweeter pods done and my sub enclosure glassed!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
