I was just in your situation on the 4th of july.

Your girl is a sav for no epidural, my girl was gunna go no epidural...but once the contraction pain started going off the charts, she was quick on it.

And the doctor had to snip her...which they do most of the time. OUCH!!! imagine feeling that one.

5:26 PM - Finally starting to push the little sucker out. Moved him out about 1.5 cm with her first push. Hopefully this comes out quick cause she has done her share of suffering and more. Things seem to be looking up. The Cervix didn't release, but it seems the baby can get around it.

I'm so tired already. Gone about 36 hours with no sleep. I can only imagine how she's feeling and thank God I never have to go through that!

What should he be doing? Grabbing a crow bar to pop the motherfvcker out? It's a kind of a down time for the father and then everything starts happening very fast. I can tell you haven't had much experience with the matter.

Right you are. There's two doctors and two nurses here. They just guesses at the height. We thought we were going to have a smaller according to her doctor (who is out of town today). The docs and nurses are guessing just under nine pounds? What the heck?

8:59 - 45 minutes from a reassessment. That means it's into the surgery area where they'll try a vacuum or forceps and if that doesn't work it's c-section. That was the something we absolutely wanted to avoid. This sucks. She was 5'2", 115 lbs. The baby just isn't fitting. Man I hope he gets through, but the doctors really don't think it's promising. She's giving it all she's got but just can't get it through. This sucks.

c section isn't the end of the world. My mom had two.
