Ok everyone this box was for a local customers single 10" Sundown Z.

Box is 1.68 cubic feet after displacement with 27 square inches of port tuned to 35Hz.

What table saw do you use, I can never get the edges of my 45's to come out that smooth and sit so flush with the walls.

Thanks. The driver is loaded a good distance away from the port.

For the time being I use a Ridgid TS3650. I am going to be getting a new Delta cabinet saw at the first of the year.

+1 on a good solid table saw. Makes all the difference in flat accurate cuts and angles and edges. Mine's is crap.
