single kicker L7 10", what amp?

hey, so yeah i'm pretty new towards car audio, being only 16 and all, but i had a question..

So, i'm thinkin about getting a single kicker 10" L7 for my 1992 Eagle Talon, but im having trouble deciding on the 2 OHM or the 4 OHM model, i dont quite get the difference between the two

The other question i had is, is it better to get an amp with the rms rating being MORE than the subs (600w rms) like 650w rms or could it be slightly lower like say 550w rms?

any suggestions would be helpful, but im trying to stay on somewhat of a budget since i cant work much with school, but please just give me a suggestion or two! anything is appreciated! thanx

Id say a Kicker 600.1 amp or Jbl 600.1 would be good.

Alright, well i still have two more questions. Does the 2 OHM or 4 OHM model make a difference? and should i get ported or sealed? From what I've heard, ported are for spl and sealed are for sql, is that right?
