Single cab, 4" dash speakers or...?

I've got a lot of car audio stuff laying around, I want to try and piece something together on the cheap.

Here's what I have availible

Cadence FXS65 6.5" full range

CDT CL61A woofer only, no tweet or crossover

AA Assassin 12" subwoofer

Rockford fosgate punch HE2 10" subwoofer

JL Audio A2150 2 channel amp

Sony amp that is 2 x 55w @ 4 ohm

Kicker zx1500 amp

A/D/S 346 2 way component crossover only

So I think I'm going to use the cadence speakers in the doors, punch sub. My question is I can fit 3.5 and maybe 4" speakers in the dash, should I do that and use crossovers or bass blockers? The amp situation will depend on what I decide with dash speakers. I guess my other options would be to get tweeters to use with on of the speakers I have or to put nothing at all in the dash. What do you suggest?

Thanks in advance

Door speakers alone are good enough. I have done it both ways in those older single cab Chevy's (88-98). Had a 92 model that I disabled the rear speakers in since the driver's rear was right in my ear in a horrible location. Also replaced the dash speakers but faded them down to just enough to lift the sound up off the floor, and I cut and installed 6.5's in the doors, and ran it all on deck power. Later I had a similar model 97 Chevy that had speakers in the doors but not the dash. Also had rears too but they were lower behind the seat than the last truck was. I ran the door speakers on an amp at first, and later only on deck power after selling the amp, and it was good both ways.

My preference is door speakers only, none in the dash.

Image dynamics ctx4 are a good choice from my research. However id find some way to disable your tweeters on your cadence coaxials unless you like overly bright and harsh treble. Otherwise id do the cdt cl 6.5 woofer with the ctx 4" to bring the soundstage up. Sell some of the stuff you are not using to get an 8 channel digital sound processor like the soundstream harmony so you can run actively everything fine.

If you can fit the 12, use the 12. Sell the 10.
