Single 2ohm DVC JL wired in series?

I have a hiphonics brutus bxi 610 and a 2ohm DVC JL 12w6

It's a mono amp stable to 1ohm but I would like to stay at 2ohm

You can only get 4 ohms or 1 ohm with that sub.

Wire it to 1 ohm and then back down on the gain to be at the level you desire. Just because the amp is capable of a certain power does not mean it has to deliver that power 24/7. Attach both the positives together and bother the negatives together at the driver and attach them to the like terminals on the amp.
