single 18 in a single cab

Think my next build is going to be an 18 in my single cab, running off my AQ 2200 @ 1 ohm. Im wanting to do a big wedge shape box, because I have about 5 ft across to work with and a good amount of depth for a single cab. If needed, I can take out my middle seat and have part of the box go there or something.

What sub would suit me best? Im wanting to tune low for daily driver.

Any help or design would be appreciated.

thanks

18 behind a single cab truck seat is dumb IMO, i would run 2 12s, 3 10s, or 4 8s. Why pick a sub with massive mounting depth to run in a single cab pick-up? Don't let this turn into another huge awkward box that is impractical for a daily driver:crap:

Well I def. am going to go with more cone area than a single 12. I just want to try an 18 out, and you are right about the mounting depth. The box will be a wedge going across the whole truck.

With the power you have 3-10'' SSDs or LV3s would be pretty sick. I wouldn't stuff an 18'' in there. You'll probably end up switching setups relatively quickly.
