single 15" that can take 2k-2500 rms daily

just got my 200 amp alt now i can run 2k-2500rms. my box is 3.75cf@ 34.5hz. what sub do you recommend for this? can a hdc3 take it daily with no problem? throw some subs out there. thanks. by the way im looking to be loud on music. thanks
