Sounds like bad belt wrap. You change to a smaller belt ?

No not yet. It's not that loose and it doesn't squeak at all though so it can't be that bad...

This is normal for f150's.

Check all fuses if blown. If not you might have a wire shorting out.

Also you can have a bad battery.

Ok mike just called me and told me what to do. It's an easy fix I just have to swap two wire on my harness. I will get back tomorrow and say if it works.

Ok I got it to work but I still get voltage drop. Is this because it's a new alt? I drove around for a few minutes and then started playing music and it drops down about the same... only difference is that this alt charges to 14.8 instead of 14.4 so I don't drop quite as low.
