I do the webdesign for CIA Engineering. From this topic alone, we have gotten several orders for sinfoni amps because the price is set as 0 and it says to call for price. FYI:
a person right here on this board got two RF power HX2 15" subs via ikesound for about $1, cause that was what it was stated on the site. As far as I know, ikesound didn't even call, they sent as was shown on the site.
Now, I dunno about US law, but over here, it's considered as the site getting caught with their pants down and need to fulfill their order. (false advertising clause).
Whatever the case,I hope something can be sorted out.

I already go my sinfoni brand new for around $500 !!! I'd go for that price too if the auctions still on. I know over here is that if a price tag at a store says $1.00 or whatever price it is they have to honor it even though it's not correct, but I think by saying $0.00 that isn't stipulating a price so I think a business could get away with that. However if it said $0.01 then their boat would be sunk.
I'm a web designer and developer, and not a sales person, so I can't really say much about that last part. But, I can say that it says on the description that you need to call for the price. The script we are using doesn't allow us to have nothing for a price, so we set it as $0. I'm in the process of coding something in now. from what my friends here at law school said, if the person or website has a price listed and that person who would purchase something under the thought of it being 0.00 then the website or retail store etc, is required to sell it. friend of mine got something at best buy for 0.00 b/c a freind of mine wrote the price down wrong and the store had to honor it. in fact, a friend of mine that is on this forum went through with a purchase from that site and it gives him a subtotal of 0.00 and then a TOTAL of 8.70. i am under the thought that b/c it says TOTAL not total before we give you the correct price, they are obligated to send him his product for the shipping price.

p.s.- if you list something as 0.00 people will think hey you messed up so i can take advantage of your fault, i'm not saying this specifically towards you i'm also including in the ikesounds deal.
