Sine-wave power?

Sine wave power is continuous RMS. Most people think an RMS rating is continuous, but it's not necessarilly so. It's entirely possible to take an RMS measurement in a tenth of a second. That's why the CEA standard was created, so that everyone uses the same methods of measurement.
