V vitveet 10+ year member CarAudio.com Veteran 3,663 7 NC Sep 5, 2007 #18 for the size of your enclosure and the sub that's going in it, 1/2" mdf is fine. I'd highly suggest you do a 1" face/baffle though (2 pieces of 1/2" mdf). Good luck with it! V.
