simple alarm?

Is there anyway I can use my interior light as a switch? What I am saying is, when the interior light comes on, the alarm goes off. It doesn't matter if they bust out the windows because no alarm can prevent that, only go off after they are already busted out. I want to wire one of those 140dB (or more if they are available) sirens. I would wire a switch outside the car so I could turn it off.

Also, how could I keep it activated once it already goes off?
