No, I use my tools for other things as well. The stool that my behringer is sitting on was made using these tools, as is the end table in our guest room. Festool couldn't have made them easier to make frankly.

I'm sure your tools do a fine job. Do what works for you.

These are very nice saws, i have the plungesaw w/ tracks at work. They are great for cuting straight lines, I use it for cutting out inlays/boarders in hardwood floors.

Never heard of them before, and in a field like power tools, names DO mean everything. Also, the website's arrogance makes me not interested as well. You don't see Makita or Milwaukee boasting claims about their shit for one reason: they don't have to. This is not to say that they're bad or their tools aren't good, but I'll pass. Prices are out the *** too, and I can't imagine what I have can get much better for what I need.

Festool is one of the most respected companies in high end woodworking tools. I have demoed and used many of their tools and they are top notch. You cant compare them to milwaukee or others because they serve a completely different purpose.

probably because what he (and myself for that matter) are working with, is just fine for waht we are doing.
