x2. these are two great drivers from what i hear. i have 1 AQ hd315 on its way now. while the si mag will get hella loud i would have to say that the AQ is more geared towards spl and the mag sql.

will they both sound good while still loud at the same time?? I am much more into spl, but I do want good SQ. I think i am leaning towards the AQ unless someone pushes me the other direction

AQ will be much cheaper if you buy new. but if you are looking for sql i don't think much can beat a mag except maybe a W7.

well with rap the AQ should be great but you'll need about a 6cuft. net box for two 12s.

I Have a volvo wagon, so there is not much limitation in space... No real budget, I dont want to spend a princely sum, but I would rather go for the best, instead of compromising for a little less dough

do really think that buying AQ would be compromising. they have some of the best customer service i have ever dealt with and they make some quality looking drivers.

if the AQ is going to be louder, than that's what my choice will be. Plus, they are about 200 $ cheaper per woofer
