More information needed.

What kind of head unit? Are you running external amplifiers? What speakers are you using? Using the internal amplifier? etc, etc...

also i have a bazooka sub in the back with a pioneer head unit and two 6" xplods in the front and stock in the rear i could barely hear the sound on the parkway with the windows downand the volume as high as it will go before it shuts off

the head unit goes up to 40

Check all the wiring on the head unit harness, make sure everything is solidly connected.

yes i did everythimg is solid on with gold audio connectors
