Just curious as to why stinger's spv35 is the same size as the shurkien bt-45 but the ratings are completely different.

Size of the battery usually doesnt tell the whole story..the internals do

Well i currently have a kinetik KR912. supposedly rated at 35ah. Got it for $50 local practically new so figure can't be bad to pick up.

Right now im torn between the BT-45 and BT-60.

I will be running a kicker kx 850.2 @ 2ohms each channel to 2 sundown sa-8v1.5s along with a kicker zx350.4 to the front stage. so i think 45+35ah + 220a HO alt + 0ga big 3 and upgrade wiring all around with full 0ga wiring to the back should be more than sufficient.

Only reason i was looking at the 45 was cause im putting a frount mount on my car and i don't think it will clear with the 60.

wold adding another kinetik 912 to the trunk help? or are you not supposed to mix battery brands?

U can mix.brands doesnt really matter just make sure its agm

same batts as kinetik. i have a bt35 in my daily in the trunk and running a rubi 1600.1 and 250.2 no issues or voltage drop below 13.5...
