shredder vs 2 jbl

which do u'll think would be better...2 jbl 1200's or just one phd2 shredder? is the shredder capable at one ohm? i have 9515 2/2 and want to power it for comps w/either 2 jbls or the shredder but daily id use just one jbl.

I would go with the JBL's.. Correct me if i am wrong, but the shredded D2 only puts out like 180W rms right? Well, 2 JBL 1200.1's will combine to put out roughly 2600.. and on a DD9515 at a comp with a HUGE PORTED box, will be sooooo loud!

Yes i know, but it should work.. i had one on 2 DD2512's in a 5 cu ft ported box and had no problems..

It depends on what subs you are using...and what music you listen to...but DD's are capable of taking almost any frequency you throw at them...

man get the 2 jbl's that iswhat my friend just got today and is taking his shredder out because it just isnt as loud on his AWT12's with the shredder my vote is for the jbl's but i am biased because i have one and 2 brahmas
