I'm going to start taking my back seat out and coming up with some kind of something to put all my shit on. Maybe it will look good.

My plumbers tape lasted until i switched it to aluminum (just top cross section) I was pissed to see the plumbers tape was much more expensive than some scrap aluminum stock LOL that stuff goes for like 12 bucks a roll locally.

Too bad you don't have the NBS f150, I have a metal frame that bolts into existing locations, levels the floor and has batt mounts for 3 g31's I just pulled outta my truck that will probably go to scrap

If you have welding skills you can do what Jan Bennett did to there show car under the hood. That thing looks like it would blow away the a wooden frame as far as strength goes and looks like you can figure ways to bolt down via the cage in the back of a vehicle.

What he meant to say is that the strap is very unlikely to be your breaking point. The fact that it is held by one screw on each side, he thinks that doubling the strap was pointless. Most would agree.

That said, it probably works just fine and is for sure better than nothing.
