Should i trade my truck

ok my 1999 F-150 4.2L 5 speed...it has a decent amount of body damage. The driveshaft needs new u joints. Local guy wants to trade me this '91 Mustang GT has the 302 bored .30 over. http://s67.photobucket.com/albums/h287/krash2k77/

so what should i do....trade or keep the F-150 sytstem would sound very nice in that hatch back.

ext cab truck? the mustang probably has more room for a system and will be louder. and it would be faster than the truck
