shopping for an amp

im looking for an affordable good quality amp to power two Pioneer TS-W257D2

10's looking to spend about 300 bucks on it, but irwant some thump,enough for people to hear me coming.theres so many choices im kind of new to this game and dont really know whats good and whats not, i dont really understand what all the numbers mean a little bit of help would be appreciated. thanks guys.
