Picked up some 0 gauge and 4 gauge wire from Mike ( Vertex Audio ) tonite as well as a 0 gauge inline fuseholder. Prices are unbeatable. The pictures speak for them self on the quality and flexibility of the wire.

Thanks Mike.

Price? Can i run an AP3000 off a single run?
at 18 foot, the CCA is "rated" at 260 amps. so at 260(amps) x 14.4(volts) x .80(rough efficeny estimate) = 2995 RMS. So i would say go for it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

PM me if you would like to pick up a spool

I know it's like 100 bucks for a 50' spool of 0 gauge... But thats the minimum u have to buy lol

Negative, that might be changing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I don't understand what the hype is about this wire? 100 bucks for 50 feet of CCA wire is NOT that great of a price. You can buy 50' from Knu for $87.50 and theirs no minimum quantity, so you don't have to buy 50', you can buy 3' if you want to...

Shok CCA yields more amperage per foot than Knu's CCA, Also Shok's CCA flexabilty is on par with Kicker Hyperflex...a wet noodle, Knu is like trying to work with dry noodle. Lol.

Is there any proof of this? KLMX is 250A, Shok is 260A, a negligible difference.

And I've never had a problem with the flexibility of KLMX, I don't know how flexible Shok is because I've never used it so I can't compare. But I know I wouldn't pay extra just for added flexibility, as long as it's flexible enough to go where you need it to, why does it matter in the long run?

Not trying to rain on the Shok parade, but it's like everyone is acting like they just reinvented the wheel or something...

IIRC, the Knu is rated at 15ft, while the Shok is rated at either 18 or 20 ft. But I wouldnt have any worries sending more through the Shok //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Here check out this video on the flexabilty
