Shiva or SE?

When my rents finally let me get some good subs, i was thinking on going with 2 Shivas or 2 10" SE's. (1) which would sound better? (2) which would be louder? thanks in advance.

oh, also, is the shiva 650W max or RMS, i can't find that

Thats a pretty close battle....although I think the Shiva's might have the edge on SQ, but the RE's probably take the SPL side.
