( All are in PERFECT FUNCTIONALLY.... Only 3 are in PERFECT APPEARENCE... 1 has a MINI puncture in it's aluminum cone.... ( The dynamat sealant makes it look bigger, you can take it off it you want - Also, it doesn't affect the sound at all. ))

Since it's an Aluminum cone... No, it can't ( Atleast not that I know of )....

Try DHL, they are pretty cheap. Don't get too carried away. They all say they will take up to 150 pounds, but after 75 pounds they stop offering big accounts any discounts, and its harder to get insured as well. Stuff gets pretty banged up as soon as you surpass 75 pounds.
