Most of the time you'll get an email . There was one time I did not recieve an email but still recieved what I ordered with in 4 business days . No worrying with AQ

with the way AQ has blown up as fast as they have

im sure they forget to notify everyone

although anyone thats ordered from them hs always got their stuff pretty fast

i always talk to dj before i buy anything just to know about stuff in stock and make sure when it will ship. shuold be very quick

why call before you order. If you really want that driver you will be ok waiting 2-3 weeks for it to come in. Why would you just settle for something else.

Our goal is to ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. UPS sends out your tracking number when the item ships. If there is going to be a delay we try to e-mail or call advising of the delay.

There are times when the e-mail address on the order is not the same as the e-mail address the customer normally uses. (college students ordering from home) Sometimes our e-mails are blocked by spam filiters. If you haven't received your tracking number within 5 business days e-mail or call me.

When we have been out of stock on items and are restocked orders are very heavy and shipping may take a day or two longer.
