Personally i never cared for shampoo till recently.

i've been using whatever u know mostly garnier even suave. lol

Well for past coupla weeks ive been sleeping over at this girl's place and taking shower afterwards as usual. Well she uses Tresemme and let me tell u after using it few times i see more of my hair than usual on my comb.

I use it about once a week just as a defense but I have pretty good genes so hopefully it lasts.

That was when i was sleeping over somewhere else. This past summer. lol

I use Nioxin once a week and then rotate between bed head mega vitamin and american crew for the rest of the week.

Garnier for normal hair.No conditioner

American crew (the green one which ever that is.)

I'm not a huge fan of their styling products. They just seem to make my hair too crunchy. But if economy is your main goal, one decent application of their Hard Up Gel will hold your hair in place for three days. I'm not exagerating either.

For styling, I like Redken Urban Experiment 7 Velvet Gelatine (God that's a mouthful)

Keeps my hair from getting frizzy without making it crunchy. Girls can still run their fingers through the mop without scratching themselves or getting nasty residue on their hands

Garnier = bad for your hair.

Head & Shoulders = bad for you scalp & hair (has carnuba wax in it).

just about anything that can be bought at wal-mart/k-mart/walgreens, etc.. is bad for your scalp/hair.

I alternate as well. I use Nioxin about every 3 days, and Bed Head or Rusk the other days. Either way good stuff is the only way to go. I have a few friends that went to hair school and work in salons, and in school they tell you all the crap that they put in cheap store brands that actually damage your hair, she had a whole packet on it. Only store stuff thats worth a crap is Pantene.
