Shallow mount subs?

Well, had a car accident (not my fault
All I want here is a small 8" or 10" sub, possibly a pair, which I could mount under the seats of my new car (used, but nice and it's new to me).

I was looking at different options here for those, trying to keep it around $200 or less. Powered by about a 400 wrms amplifier. I honestly don't need it to be loud, but I want it to sound good. I have people that ride with me all the time, can't crank up the volume, but it needs to sound good.

One option I looked at - Diamond Audio Hex - One of them.

Second option - two of either the 8" or 6.5" kickers

(probably the 8" if I went with them - depending on the room, as the 8" kickers are a bit larger in the mounting depth than the others)

One of these -

Two of these -

Or other options are welcome. Just looking for a nice deep bass, that sounds clear, and can mount under my seat. It would be cool to have one under each of the front seats, but I don't know if that's possible on my budget.

Probably not going to have any more than 3 inches really, why I'm iffy on the 8" kickers, after I make room for the enclosures.

Link?

Nvm - found them. A bit big, they look good, but a bit too big I think, and they need slightly too large of a box. I'd be looking at about .5 cubes sealed.

Didn't get very many comments here, so... I like the diamond, as I'll get the sound quality, but it's a low powered sub by far. I need two of them -.- The memphis looks good there.

I've heard good things about MA audio's shallow but haven't used or heard them myself. I did hear the Pioneer and was fairly impressed on output for the size. Although they were not hitting like I would have liked them to.

Do shallow mount subs even get loud? A buddy of mine has 2 Kicker CVT's ( I think thats the shallow mount for kicker) and just sounds like a good stock system.

how about one of these

I have a couple I will help you out if your intrested.

And for all of those that like to flame, yes I see his budget, and I will make it happen if he thinks he likes it.
Well, hell, that'd be an epic subwoofer - however, I'd only be able to give it 400 wrms, likely, and it'd be a while before I got it any more power. And it'd probably be barely able to make a .75 cube box. Kinda limited here

The MA's get loud and hit low...for the money they are the most impressive shallow mounts I've heard....The Pioneers are ok if you run 3 or 4...but still not as impressive as the MA's...if you have unlimited pocket book...the JL is the way to go...
I put my budget up
About $200.

I'll probably either go with the Diamond or the MA, likely - it'll depend if I have enough room for the MA. SQ is my main objective here.
