neighbor keeps letting her little rat dog sh!t in front of my house, then doesn't pick it up. i've been polite, and asked nicely. entertaining 2 options: 1) release my huskies next time i see her and the rat. 2) put on latex gloves, and fling every turd she leaves, at her bay window. what would you do? asking nicely didn't work, so i figure doing something not so nice may get her attention.
