Setup/intall q's

Ok, here it goes.

right now my system consists of a Kenwood KDC-222 H/U (mistake) and JL TR650-CXi's in the rear.

I am soon getting a set of Aura MR62 6.5" components for the front doors, which I think are rated around 75w RMS.

I am also planning on running a Koda8 until I save up for a Koda10.

As for amps, I will be ordering a Profile CL640 (75w RMS x 4 @ 4 ohms) for the interiors, and a Profile CL600M (150w RMS x 1 2 @ 4 ohms) for the sub.

The h/u I have only has 1 preout. Will I be able to splice RCA's off that one preout, or am I going to have to upgrade before I do the rest of the setup? Eventually I think I will grab an Alpine CDA-9825 (3 preouts).

Also, I already have pheonix gold 16 guage speaker wire run throughout from the previous owner. Will this be good enough for the interior speakers, or should I uprgrade to some 14 gauge?

*deep breath*

Now, as far as amp wiring kits goes, I know I'm going to have to use a distro. block. What gauge power wire/ground wire should I run. And what gauge wire should I run out the other end of the distro. block (I know, very technical terms I'm using) to the amps?

I know this is a lot to chew on, but I'm just lost with what to do right now.

P.S. - if you strongly feel I should change my mind on any of the products I mentioned above (aside from the comps.) give me alternative suggestions.

Ok, how about this amp intall kit...

...along with this distro. block...

...and maybe 20' of this 8gauge power wire to run out the other end of the distro. block to the amps...

Will that work for what I want, or should I use bigger smaller wires? Also, will I need anything else from that site while I'm at it, like a y-splitter for the RCA cables?

i would use 4 guage to the distro, then 8 gauge to your amps. however, you may want to run a higher gauge to allow room for an upgrade in future. as for the rca dilema, most amps have a rca out which will allow you to daisy chain additional amps. if you amp has this feature, a y adapter is not needed.
