can you set gains on an amp for component speakers ? and what kind of test tone do you use for say 5 1/4 or 6 1/2 components ? and by the way the sticky about setting gains with a multimeter goes to nowhere .

Yes u can set gains. Get a 4ch amp and use 1k tone

yeah with 4 channel amps, you arent gonna get anywhere with a multi-meter, just set it by ear.
