ive had this stereo in my truck for the past 6 months. no whine
i recently hooked up my amp and replaced all the speakers, now i got serious whine.
my grounds are sanded.
could the HU be causing the engine whine?
this same HU from the last vehicle had engine whine also, but i thought it was because i crossed amps on accident, and it was my 4 channel. but i bought a new 4 channel since. soooooo i think its the HU.
its a kenwood x790 btw. how can i fix this? its LOUD

guess i will try to ground my hu tommorrow and check back here afterwards.
