Help! Connecting 2 4AWG to 1 1/0 output.

Hi, my battery terminal has the following outputs:

1/0 AWG

4 AWG

2 * 8 AWG.

Right now, I only have one amp, and today I will connect another amp to my car. My question is simple, I want to have another run of 4 AWG to my new amp while keeping my older run of 4 in car. Can I connect both cables together and plug them in the 1/0 AWG slot of my battery terminal without risking a short circuit? both of them will have their 80 amp fuse and fuseholder.

Is there any risk of fire of doing this? Why I want to do this, so I can complete the big 3 in 4 awg (I already have upgraded - to chassis and engine to chassis) leaving the other 4 AWG slot in my battery free.

Any input is appreciated, thanks.

There is no risk of short circuit just because you put two wires under one terminal. It is not the proper way to do it though. I would put a terminal block under my hood that has spaces for one 1/0 and two #4 wires. Then I would take a 1/0 from my battery to the terminal block and then put both #4's into their own spots.
