do his job? you do realize he lied quite a bit within a month...everything from innocent people getting bombed in Pakistan to this stimulus....from lobbyists to patriotic members of his cabnet.

i guess no obama supporters remember his promise that every bill will be available online for 5 days before he signs. he promised "the most transparent administration in history", then writes a giant bill behind closed doors, giving people 12 hours to read 1000 pages of crap before voting. he said the poor would get a tax cut.........13$ is what we got i'd go on, but i know liberals trailed off before line 1 was over.

I can't stand it when you canucks and brits get your panties in a bunch over our country.

Considering Canada's economy is heavily dependent on the US as we are each other's #1 trading partners, I'd say it's quite reasonable that we Canucks would voice our opinion over US economic policy.

The US still doesn't have the resources to make widespread, self-sustaining production of many goods and services possible these days, anyways. It makes more sense to import the finished goods in those cases rather than force a short-term solution that will drastically increase internal inflation and diminish trade relationships.

I expect the man to keep his word, transparentcy, no pork, bipartisanshipm kill special intrests... for the first 30 days fail, fail, fail, fail!!!!

Please realize, Obama is not a financial or economics guru. yet he is in a determining factor of the biggest financial legislation in history. Would you leave your retirement up to me to insure? nope I don't think so! Yet the Obama "ideals" make him qualified for this? Hell he has never been the executive officer of a local company, much less the most powerful country in the world! What is wrong with taking this a little slower, pass each part as its own bill, that way we (the people) can truly understand what the hell is going on. I would be willing to bet you spent more time making sure you weren't getting screwed when you bought your last car than the Dems have spent on making sure the American people aren't getting hosed with this ungodly expensive legislation. Seriously, millions of dollars for a frisbee golf course!
