Well, I'm not going to argue about global warming as it's useless because it's a liberal agenda and fund driven argument. You can get all outraged all you want. It doesn't change anyone's mind on an issue. As stated before. I'm speaking in concepts, hence the long winded responses. I simply don't have the time to go through and cite everything I say, and therefore, I'm not intended to present it as fact. Me listing websites all day long doesn't mean jack. I'm hoping to open some eyes, so people can then go and read about things themselvse. Just to counter your link, here's a quick refutation of John Coleman. http://www.uscentrist.org/about/issues/environment/john_coleman
I understand the climate graphs and carbon dating pretty well. "99% of any species/race of life to exist on this planet is extinct - fact." YEAH! And I'd rather not let us be one of them!
Vegetation might be increasing it's growth rate. I haven't seen anything showing that, but I'll accept it for the sake of argument. As we continue to expand and use more dirty sources of energy, nature can't keep up with us. It might be trying, but it's constantly 3 steps behind. If we leveled off, nature might be able to catch us, but right now we're on a runaway train.
We've had record setting year's nearly every year for the past 10 years. Even if you don't agree with anything the man says, watch Gore's film. I'm not saying it's all gospel truth by any stretch (he's trying to make a persuasive argument, so he leaves out stuff), but there's some pretty compelling evidence in there. And before you go off about Al Gore being full of it, he's not the sole guy running around making all this stuff up. Nearly every reputable scientist is saying the same thing. I'd really rather drop the global climate change subject as it's not relevent to the thread's initial topic. That's not conceding the point, but is a whole other can of worms, and the amount of information involved could fill a library.
I'm waiting for you to reply to me discounting your "cliffs" of your previous posts about the budget.
