I have owned 3 MTX Thunder 6000 12s, they arent that great but they are not that bad either. They are under rated when it comes to power, I'd say they will handle upwards of 450-500wrms. I ran mine in 4.25 cu/ft sealed wired to 1.33 ohms, and had around 1100-1200wrms before box rise. They had decent SQ and SPL. With the right songs, they played somewhere in the mid 130db range, but were not as loud as my Boston G5s. I sold them to a friend a year ago for about $140 with the box, I paid $60 for all 3 without a box. I acutally just saw them around christmas and they are still bangin. I'd say you'll be lucky to get $150 for them with that amp and sealed box. They might have been great when they came out, but with the advancement of technology and whatnot, they are compared to an entry level sub like a Kicker Comp, JL W0 or W1. They did get pretty low for only having 9.6mm of xmax and fairly small motors. Heres some pics of mine:
