Ordered a refurbished Orion 400.2 from them and had no issues whatsoever.

Ordered quite a bit from them a few years ago and they got hald my order right and had to send the other half back and only took like 2 months to get the correct shit..............which ended up not being correct again on 1 thing, so ended up using it at the time, because I didn't want to wait another 2 months.

Very shady business practices they have.

So yeah, you will get something...............eventually, but don't be surprised if it is the right thing.........and if your getting a sub (I didn't check link), then god help ya. The thing I was telling about they kept messing up......................they sent me D2 subs, which I wanted D4 subs, which ment I couldn't get the correct RMS out of my amp. Ended up trading with a buddy my subs for his subs, so worked out in the end, but crazy I had to do that.

If you want to order from them I highly suggest you calling them and placing the order over the phone. The main reason most of the order's get screwed up is due to the fact they don't have the particular order in stock and since they don't update the site to show it they will just send people something similar instead of issuing a refund or calling stating the problem. Which is probably what happend to BigBangTheory. I personally wouldn't buy from them just because I've read alot about them but it's solely up to you. You may have a flawless experience where as someone else has a horrid experience.

I ordered my r's from them & had no problem at all. Bout a month later I ordered my comps and a capacitor from them & they didn't have them in stock so they charged my credit card & just backordered them, all the while taking my money. Eventually they had the comps drop-shipped from somewhere else in california. the capacitor came on time but I recieved it d.o.a. broken in the box, ups denied the claim becuase the only packaging material in it was a plastic bag.

I'd never buy from them again except maybe kicker stuff because that's the only brand they are authorized to sell.

This is true, I didn't call and just took for granted they had it in stock as it was one of my first time buying online.

I do call now just to make sure and haven't had any problems with other sites. My best luck has been with onlinestereo.com, which other people have had problems with. Seems it just happens with all of them from time to time. Just make sure you call and should be ok.

Still if people would update their site it would be much better, but god forbid expecting to much from a professional online site.
