Securing the box?

Just trying to get some suggestions here.

How do all of you secure your sub box so it doesnt move around while you are driving?

I was thinking about L brackets but just trying to get some other opinions here.

I agree mine also...but i still use L brackets when i can get to doing it, but in the mean time i dont really need em..

BTW ways.....hahaha weighs buddy...

mine stays where it is unless the car is on a tilt or I speed around and take turns at like 40

i can barely get mine in/out of my trunk...it aint goin nowhere

i just supported mine with L brackets, but throw in a flase floor if your gonna secure it to your floor and not the side of your trunk or back seat. careful of the gas tank if going through the floor.

i built my box into my car barely fits so it doesnt move

I have mine secured to the bolt that holds the spare normally. Built a tray in the spare well that has a few odds and ends mounted on it and is bolted to the spare tire mount. From there are 4 standoffs made from PVC pipe and all-thread. On top of the standoffs is the secured section of the false floor. The sub box is bolted on the inside to the false floor.

Use L-Brackets, cover them with carpet and comestically still looks good.
