so a second battery wouldnt benifit me? a bigger alt would be better? sorry if im an a s s. but everyone goes back and forth with the second battery and bigger alt. can somone exsplain to me reasons why?

ok i will put this simple.If you add a second battery to the stock alternator it is made mostly for charging ONE battery you add a second battery and it will put you alt in overtime charging Two battery's. Im not saying you really need one, considering im running two battery's one stock alternator.but im only pulling around 800 watts so not that big of a deal.

if you have money i would recommend getting both it will help out a whole lot.

i dont wanna drop that much money right now with christmass coming......shouldnt the stock 130 alt keep up with it. i mean it seems like it almost keeps up, just everytime it hits with volume halfway it drops and goes right back to 14v in a split sec. idk

yea i guess but if the stock goes out i guess you'll have a reason to upgrade. I am not saying it will i've had my second batt in for a month i think had no problem with charging.but when you do get extra cash i would recommend getting one. I know how you feel on the money situation i have like 80 dollars to get x-mas presents so yea.

could there be a problem with the alt and it still be working thoe? im mean many people on here run 1500rms on stock 90 alt's and stock batterys well they say....

yea you should be fine for the time being you'll know when you car gets to were it don't want to start its' the batt or alt BUT it should be fine im pretty sure it will be fine
