second battery ?

i have a yellow top under the hood, wanted to get a second battery and was wondering if i could just get a normal starting battery under the hood and put the yellow in back?

X2... running two AGM type batteries would be better than mixing an AGM with a flooded. If your car ever sits for extended periods of time with flooded and AGM they will tend to drain into each other...

thers always choices...why do you want a second batt to begin with?

im runnin about 2000rms, yellowtop, BIG 3 in 0g., stock 130 alt. and im still dropin below 12v.

Might look into a 200A alt if you have a mustang....

HO alt is more along the lines of what you need, especially if your playing your system while the car is running.
