Second battery or cap?

I have roughly a 2500 watt system that has been powered by a stinger battery for over 3 years.

The battery has been corroding and looking to replace.

Should I just replace the battery or is there a better option for a 2500 watt system?

Whats a good battery or cap for a system that size?

If it's working fine with that battery, just replace it. A capacitor will not do what you think it does.

What is this 2500w system anyways?

I dont want to hear any trash talk about it. Dont care about brand or your opinion! Its decent. Bought it for $100 refurbed 3 years ago and no problems still.

I just want to know whats best battery to use in the trunk for it.

Well just keep in mind it doesn't do anywhere near 3,000w. But I'd just replace your current battery. If the battery is fading, and you're not having any electrical problems, just swap it out with a new one. I wouldn't go to a weaker battery though. I'm sure that amp loves to pull all the current possible.
